Information:
This work was made by preparing rolled clay on the slab roller, which I textured with tools before gently shaping them on a former. Once the pieces were leather hard and able to support their weight, I joined them together. After the biscuit firing I dipped the piece into a tin glaze and painted onto the raw glaze surface before firing.Before painting, I study the plant & draw & paint on paper.
